Continual Improvement ISO 9001:2000

At Filtramax, ISO 9001 provides a framework for much of what we do. The Quality Review Board, a senior management group, meets quarterly to ensure that the quality management system is functioning properly and that its objectives remain consistent with company objectives and actions. Corrective action teams, called the Error Terminators (or Les Exteriminateurs), meet regularly in each of our three regions to review NCRs (nonconformance reports), SCARs (supplier corrective action requests) and various performance measures to ensure that appropriate responses to nonconformances and any performance shortfalls are effectively implemented.

Filtramax has been ISO 9000 registered since January 27, 1997 under the Wainbee Limited certificate. We received our registration certificate to the upgraded ISO 9001:2000 standard on April 17, 2003.
